Company Jacket Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing in Yerington, Nevada. Crew and field uniforms
Superintendents, techs, linemen, valets and officers need the logo visible from the front and often the back. We embroider the chest on the flat matrix and quote back text or logos per design. The default company jacket. Wind and light-rain resistant, works in the office and on site, and the smoothest embroidery surface we work with. Port Authority J317 from $32.77 all-in at 144; Eddie Bauer EB530 and EB534 and OGIO OG740 quoted per job. All soft shells.
Fleece jackets and pullovers

Small runs and customer-supplied jackets
12 to 47 pieces
A small office or a single crew pays $6.00 per piece for embroidery plus the blank: $34.77 all-in for a J317, $27.57 for an F218. Digitizing is $18.99 once. No hard minimum below 12 either, it just costs more per piece.
Jackets you already own
We embroider customer-supplied jackets for $2 per item handling plus the embroidery rate. The industry-standard ~4% spoilage allowance applies; we aim for zero. Thin puffers and rain shells are less forgiving than soft shells, so bring a spare on small runs.
How to order
1. Send the basics
Logo (vector preferred, 300 dpi PNG is fine), quantity, jacket style and color, sizes, and where the logo goes. Use the quote form or email. Quotes usually go out the same business day.
2. Approve the proof
We digitize the logo ($18.99 once) and send a digital proof showing it at size on the jacket. You approve or ask for changes. The 28-day clock starts at approval.
3. We embroider and ship
Blanks arrive from SanMar or S&S, the logo is sewn on our machines, each piece is checked, and the order ships ground from Yerington, Nevada, to one address, freight at cost.

Standard turnaround is 28 days from the day you approve the digital proof. Quotes usually go out the same business day and proofs follow about two business days after we have artwork. Blanks ship from SanMar's Reno warehouse or S&S Activewear. If you need a date sooner than 28 days, put it on the quote form and we will price a rush for that job. Yes. Those brands are quoted per job with their pricing respected, and we decorate them in-house like any other blank.
Where is the embroidery done?
In our own shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447, on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. Nothing is contracted out except DTF transfer printing, which comes from DTF Tribe in Carson City and is pressed here.
What does digitizing cost and what is it?
$18.99 per design, one time. Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the machine can sew. Standard turnaround on digitizing is two days, and we keep the file for reorders.
Can you embroider a large logo on the back of a jacket?
Yes. Back designs over 6,000 stitches are quoted per design by stitch count. Block-letter text is the least expensive large back option; filled logos cost the most. On thin shells we recommend a DTF transfer instead.
Can I supply my own jackets?
Yes. Customer-supplied goods carry a $2 per item handling fee plus embroidery at the normal matrix. The industry-standard ~4% spoilage allowance applies; we aim for zero.
