Custom embroidered jackets for dealerships
Dealerships order jackets in two tiers: a dressier soft shell or insulated vest for sales and finance, and a tougher fleece or Carhartt for service and the lot. Battle Born Clothing embroiders both in-house with the dealer logo and, if wanted, the manufacturer mark you are licensed to use.
Who orders
Auto, truck, RV, powersports and farm equipment dealers with 20 to 200 staff. Buyers are usually the GM, the office manager or the marketing coordinator. The order repeats every fall, and the logo file stays with us so the second year matches the first.
What they order
- Port Authority J317 soft shell for sales and finance.
- Port Authority J903 Collective insulated vest or Eddie Bauer EB530 for managers (quoted per job).
- Port Authority F218 fleece or F226 microfleece vest for service writers and porters.
- OGIO OG740 Kinetic soft shell for a premium store (authorized OGIO decorator, quoted per job).
- Dealer logo on the left chest; a second small logo on the right chest or sleeve, quoted per design.

A truck dealership orders 72 J317 soft shells in navy for the whole store: 40 sales and office, 32 service and parts, all with the dealer logo on the left chest.

That is $34.27 all-in per jacket. At 96 pieces the embroidery drops to $5.00 and at 144 to $4.00.
What to send
- Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG.
- Quantity, jacket style and color.
- A size list (XS through 4XL; note any women's or tall sizes).
- Where the logo goes: left chest is standard; say if you want a back or sleeve add.
- The date you need it, if sooner than 28 days from proof approval.
- Any manufacturer logo you are licensed to use alongside your dealer logo, with the brand's usage rules if you have them.
Battle Born Clothing quotes usually go out the same business day. Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. No hard minimum.
Questions
Can we mix jacket styles in one order?
Yes. Each style is priced on its own blank, but we count the embroidery tier on the total pieces with the same logo. 40 J317 plus 32 F218 with the same left-chest logo is 72 pieces for the embroidery tier.
Can you add the manufacturer logo (a truck brand, for example)?
Only with your license to use it. We embroider what you are authorized to use; send the brand's artwork and usage rules with the order.
