What to send
- Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG.
- Quantity, jacket style and color.
- A size list (XS through 4XL; note any women's or tall sizes).
- Where the logo goes: left chest is standard; say if you want a back or sleeve add.
- The date you need it, if sooner than 28 days from proof approval.
- Whether you want gift-ready packaging (we quote folding and bagging per job).

When do we need to order for a holiday gift?
Approve the proof at least 28 days before you need the jackets in hand, plus shipping time. For mid-December delivery, that means a proof approved by early November.
Can employees pick their own sizes?
Send us a size list. We do not run company online stores, but a shared spreadsheet from HR works well and avoids the markup a web store adds.
